If you’re not entirely satisfied with your goods, Iron Movement will exchange or refund your purchases, providing the items have not been worn, washed or damaged and are returned in their original condition. We accept returns/exchange where:
- Item is wrong size
- Item is not as described
- Item is damaged
If you would like to return or exchange the item/s, please contact us at email@example.com and send back the items within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Refunds and exchanges
Postage and handling costs associated with returning non-faulty items will be paid by the purchaser, however if you are exchanging an item with a value over $99, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you.
If the item is damaged we will credit your shipping costs, so please include a copy of your postage receipt. Iron Movement reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged based on a production and quality check.
Purchasers returning items that are damaged or not as described will be given a choice of cash refund, credit note or exchange.
Where a straight exchange is not possible, refunds for wrong size will come in the form of a credit note.
Items purchased on sale/special are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged/not as described.
