#CheatClean with Iron Movement
Now I know what you’re thinking… this looks WAY to good to be true. How can something that looks so delicious, actually be healthy for you? Well, I’ll explain it to you. Recently, we’ve decided to give some of of the most liked foods on Instagram a complete macro makeover. We’re naming this segment: #CheatClean with Iron Movement. We’ve searched long and hard across the web to psent recipes to you that will make all of our favourite cheat meals healthier, so you can feel less guilty when indulging on your cheat day!
So instead of spending an hour scrolling through the #foodporn tag on IG (no shame) to find the recipes for such creations, we thought it’d be a great idea to bring the recipes to you!
Today I’m going to introduce you to Quest Nutrition’s version of a mega chocolate chip cookie. In this recipe, they upped the protein, surgically removed over half the calories, carbs and fat without altering the flavour. Say hello to the MEGA Chocolate Chip Cookie. See below for the step-by-step instructions. We have also included a short 75sec video which shows you how to make this creation so you can follow along as you cook!

- 1 scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- ½ scoop Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
- 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- ½ cup zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- ¾ cup oat flour
- 7 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips
- pheat oven to 350°F.
- Blend Quest Bar® into a powder.
- Cream together the butter, sweetener, and powdered Quest Bar® until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water.
- Add to batter along with salt.
- Stir in oat flour, Quest® Protein Powder and sugar free chocolate chips
- Form into small discs roughly 2½-3 inches in diameter and bake for 7-8 minutes.
